Dec 11, Yiming CHEN, Chief engineer from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development(MOHURD) of PRC, along with Rong YANG, director of Building Energy Conservation and Technology Department and Rengfei HE, chief of Wall Material Innovation Division visited JINGGONG STEEL for survey and guidance, accompanied by officers from Department of Housing and Construction of Zhejiang Province, Government of Shaoxing City, Construction Administration of Shaoxing City, Government of Keqiao Region and Construction Administration of Keqiao Region. Chaoyang FANG, Chairman of the Board of JINGGONG STEEL, President Jianhua QIU, Co-President Weijun QIAN, Chief Engineer Zhonghua LIU and Zhongshu BIAN, Dean of Innovation Research Institute accompanied them during the visit.

Chaoyang FANG, Chairman of the Board stated that besides expanding oversea market, JINGGONG STEEL now is focusing on the transformation and upgrading of ‘Building steel structure’ to ‘Steel structure building’, including the upgrading of commercial activities, concept, production, knowledge structure and business model.

Yiming CHEN, Chief Engineer from MOHURD, spoke highly of JINGGONG STEEL’s work and effort. He gave several recommendations on the innovation and upgrading of steel structure buildings and pointed out that the improvement of steel structure buildings, especially steel structure houses, must be standardized and serialized with the combination of both tradition and modernization. Besides we should pay more attention to the combination of industrialization and humanity as well.
